Our Fiscal Sponsor

We are pleased to announce the establishment of a dedicated fund aligned with our mission in collaboration with the Outer Banks Community Foundation (OBCF). Serving as our fiscal sponsor until we obtain 501(c)3 status from the IRS, OBCF boasts over 40 years of experience in managing charitable funds for individuals and agencies across the Outer Banks.

This strategic partnership with OBCF allows us to receive donations during the interim period while our application undergoes the necessary approval process. With the assurance that funds are safeguarded and dedicated solely to nonprofit endeavors, our fund operates under a donor-advised structure, ensuring contributions are directed exclusively to nonprofit entities, without involvement from companies or individuals.

  • $25: Helps provide transportation assistance for individuals attending support group meetings & programs.
  • $50: Helps with the cost of educational materials and resources distributed to support groups and community outreach events.
  • $100: Supports our outreach efforts to raise awareness about substance use disorder and reduce stigma in the community.
